APIs in Danske Bank – The Journey

For this Webinar we have invited Casper Lund Thomsen to look into Danske Bank’s APIs.

The technology landscape in Danske Bank has evolved and grown in complexity and interdependencies over time. This has resulted in an increasingly entangled architecture that is difficult to scale.

To address this, we have embarked on the API acceleration journey that aims at modernising and decoupling our IT systems to enable innovative and speedy customer solutions.

However, transformation journeys are never easy – especially because it is first and foremost a mindset shift. We had many challenges and lessons learned along the way, and this is what I will be sharing during my talk. Hopefully it will inspire other organisations who embark on a similar API-first technology transformation.

What to expect

This talk will hopefully lead to a good discussion with questions and exchange of experience amongst the participants.

Target Audience

This talk should be suitable for any technologist who is interested in APIs.
