In this extended morning session, Dr. Alistair Cockburn, one of the creators of the Agile Manifesto and author of Writing Effective Use Cases will lead attendees through key topics in the agile world. In the opening lecture, he will describe where we are with agile- and post-agile development, the need for the Heart of Agile simplification, and new topics in the agile world, such as “guest leadership” and “future-focused reflection”.
Following the lecture will be a set of activities designed to draw you into these new themes, practice future-focused reflection, study guest leadership, work through barriers to communication. Additional questions will be answered or addressed along the way. This is a unique workshop, created specially for this Aarhus session.
Dr. Cockburn was named into the “The All-Time Top 150 i-Technology Heroes” in 2007 for his pioneering work in use cases and agile software development.
