10:00 Webinar ends
This webinar is targeted at people in organizations who in response to the spread of COVID-19 has been asked to work from home.
This is not an agile transformation – the ambition is to be able to do today from home, what we were able to do yesterday at work. To this end we may need to relax some structures in order to not get stressed. Main concern should be: how do we avoid that many people get sick by STRESS over the next weeks. All experience shows that people will try to achieve a full work day, even though this is an unrealistic expectation for most.
Remote work is usually related to three main benefits: flextime, heaven for the introverted, and deep work. The usual benefits like deep work, focus and concentration might be impaired by children at home and the constant worry about COVID-19.
Carsten and Aino will give you some guidelines and tips and tricks for working and having meetings from home. The form will be 20 minutes summary of experiences and practices to successful collaboration, followed by 40 minutes of Q&A where Aino and Carsten will answer your burning questions.
– Explain the structural and social aspects of successful online collaboration
– Plan a day with online collaboration, and individual focused work
– Structure your own day of online collaboration at home or in a remote office
