WHAT
This workshop will walk you through the latest Machine Learning and GenAI capabilities of AWS.

You will have hands-on experience to learn how to build up a machine learning model and deploy to production.

You will learn how to use GenAI capabilities at AWS in real world use cases, including latest case studies of our customers.

AGENDA
9:00 (15 mins ): Welcome and Overview of Agenda for the day

9:15 (30 mins): Introduction to AI/ Machine Learning (Presentation)

9:45 (2 hours): Hands on Workshop : https://catalog.workshops.aws/scale-complete-ml-development-with-amazon-sagemaker-studio/en-US">Scale complete ML development with Amazon SageMaker Studio Module 1, 2 and 3

• Module 1: Use a JupyterLab space in SageMaker Studio to perform experimentation and feature engineering, and build and train a logistic regression model using XGBoost. The model will predict whether the machinery is going to fail.
• Module 2: Use Code Editor in SageMaker Studio to deploy the model to an inference endpoint.
• Module 3: Still using Code Editor, build an end-to-end pipeline to download the data source, perform feature engineering, train a model, register it in the model registry, and deploy it into an inference endpoint.

11:45 (45 mins): Lunch Break

12:30 (1 hour): Hands on Workshop Module 4 and 5

• Module 4: Build a HTTP API using Amazon API Gateway and an AWS Lambda function to invoke the Amazon SageMaker endpoint for inference.
• Module 5: Use a web client to invoke the HTTP API and perform inference.

13:30 (15 mins): Break

13:45 (1 hours): Introduction to GenAI and Demo (Presentation)

14:45 (30 mins): Kahoot Quiz and Prizes  

15:15 (15 mins): Wrap-up and Survey
