How to create high performing organizations through Conway’s Law and Cloud Native

Creating high performing organisations requires a combination of hard work and knowledge about scaling your organisation and its software.

In this talk, you will learn how your organisation and its software are connected through Conway’s law and be introduced to the potential benefits of going Cloud Native. We will also examine three different ways of scaling software, and then do an inverse Conway to measure how well your team’s information flow can support your architecture, whether it is monolithic or reliant on decoupled teams.

From a technical perspective, you will learn what Cloud Native is and isn’t, and how it could support your scaling journey.

Target Audience

This talk is for architects, developers and leaders/managers.
