The State of Agile & Ask Alistair Anything

Systematic A/S
Søren Frichs Vej 39
8000 Aarhus

13:30 Doors open
14:00 Welcome and Presentations
16:00 Meetup ends

Destination AARhus will serve some Friday snacks during the event.

This afternoon session will give attendees to catch up with what is the latest word in the agile- and now post-agile world. The first part of the afternoon will be a lecture, in which Alistair will bring up topics such as Heart of Agile, Mobius, Guest Leadership, Solutions-Focus psychotherapy and modern, agile product management, and more.

In the second part, Alistair will answer questions at all levels on all topics. He will seek to answer questions by telling stories of real companies and real situations, those being very real and generally more informative than mere stated opinions. However, feel free to ask questions about his travel habits, use cases, leaders versus managers, or whatever topic crosses your mind.

Speaker Bio

Dr. Cockburn was named into the “The All-Time Top 150 i-Technology Heroes” in 2007 for his pioneering work in use cases and agile software development. One of the authors of the Agile Manifesto (http://agilemanifesto.org/), he is an expert on software engineering, agile development, use cases, process design, project management, software architecture and teaching. In addition to the Agile Manifesto, he co-authored the project management Declaration of Interdependence (http://pmdoi.org/), co-founded the Agile Leadership Network and the International Consortium for Agile. He is possibly even more widely known for his award-winning work on “Writing Effective Use Cases”.

NB! Please note that if you participate in Alistair’s workshop in the morning (or at Trifork Academy Summit the day before) this event will still give added value since the content will be slightly different.

This is the third event in an Agile-series of 6-7 events about Agile practices in 2018.

Stay tuned as more Agile events will soon be announced here at our website and on our Facebook , LinkedIn and Meetup sites.

This is a closed meetup for employees from Destination AARhus partner companies. There are 250 seats, which will be distributed by a first-comes-first principle.

This event it now closed for registrations.
